MY interpretation of conversation. App process going according to Nasdaq's policy. Company working on finishing yearly report which might be needed to help answer any questions. As Joe said 60 days is likely but depending on the questions could take more time. Very excited about uplisting. Not sure of the process for the share structure being changed with OTC but it should be in processing. MIGHT see a filing although he isn't up to speed on the regulatory part. Has no idea what will happen with PPS after shares retired but he personally feels GNBT is worth at least twice what it is trading for as of now with just the known info. Blame that on being an OTC traded stock. I urge anyone with questions to call. Joe often takes call too.
