You seem frustrated. I kinda understand. Or maybe not.
I kinda noticed you have repeated this in a few posts today. I heard your point. I bet other did too.
Repeating, doesn't add value to board.
If the BOD decides, they can comply with your recommendation. But I doubt it. That's not how to corps work.
