Hang in there everybody. They are not building a Sandcastle here, they are building a skyscraper. Having a manufacturing background such as my own, I know people tend to think things should happen faster. They do not. It takes a while to get everything cranked up and moving. This isn’t stepping on the gas in the car, this is a mile long freight train where every car has to begin by jerking against the car behind it. And that takes time. More time than we want. But when it starts moving, it is mighty.
