The creator of Elepreneurs, Mr. Robert Oblon, decided it was time for a new model in the world of Direct Selling and/or Multi Level Marketing (MLM). Mr. Oblon studied and adopted from two different, yet significant marketing thought processes. The first was Simon Sinek’s “Start With Why“, a book and theory that people don’t buy the what and how of a product or service, but they buy why you created it. The second was based on another book called “Blue Ocean Strategy“, the study of over 30 industries and the companies that created their own markets, within a market. Mr. Oblon knew that the only way he could bring about (much needed) change in the Direct Selling profession, he would have to literally create an opportunity so great, it would leave the competition irrelevant.
