I attended the meeting with about 15 other shareholders. I will summarize later as I am on the road.
Highlights:
B-OM...phase 3 will need 300 patients per FDA. FDA is on board with going to phase 3...trying to partner with mid to small pharma.
Term sheet from last August would have been significant for all shareholders. Management change at BP caused it to fall through.
Authorization for 300M shares passed and they go into escrow for MFO purposes
Constantly in discussions with potential partners.
Both Leo and Art were there and appear genuine
