Whale bid at .2000 increased twice - to 23M initially and now to 27M.
First ask still artificially low ask at .2450 under .2988.
Sufficient funds on bid at .2000 to get into the .3000 > .4000 range when applied to the ask. The fake 35K on the ask someone put up late yesterday cancelled today.
