So, I ranted yesterday – – but taking a differ

So, I ranted yesterday – – but taking a different look at this, perhaps they only raised as much as they thought they needed. In other words, maybe a larger raise would’ve been more troubling as it would indicate less confidence that they will have what they need in the coming few weeks.

Just trying to be more optimistic today. I think optimism is better for my health
