incredible progress being made by Yield Growth,...
a bit of a synopsis of our key accomplishments over the last few months:
-130 retail locations across North America signed to carry Urban Juve products (100 of which are already carrying Urban Juve on shelves)
- Final stages of preparation for our first shipment of Wright & Well THC and CBD products to begin retailing in a possible 400 stores throughout Oregon beginning this fall
- E-commerce store www.urbanjuve.com enabled for online purchases worldwide
- Urban Juve products now available for purchase on ipsy, one of the world's largest beauty subscription communities with ~3M monthly subscribers
- Registered 3 of our Urban Juve products (so far) for EU compliance and signed licensing agreement with Melorganics Hellas for distribution in Greece and Cyprus which outlines US $300,000 in sales for the first year and $500,000 for each subsequent year the agreement is in place
- Signed distribution agreement with OMG3 to distribute Urban Juve to a possible 9000 stores throughout Columbia--an agreement that could be expanded into further juristications in South America and a possible additional 44,000 stores
- Signed partnership agreement with Peak Performance Products with distribution access to 3500 online and brick and mortar retail locations across Canada
- Expanded our executive management team, with COO Tamara Melck, formerly of Aritzia, adding to what we believe is an exemplary team with the experience and skill set to grow this company to one of the world's largest cannabis topicals companies
