Why is the company so quiet. Its like they are intentionally doing nothing to stem the decline. Is this just resignation in response to upcoming bad news in Europe for HempSmart? Delays in Vienna IPO? White knight and a potential $10,000,000 withdrawal from their stock purchasing agreement (no longer having any voting rights cannot be making them happy) Delays in re-negotiating the Viva Buds $2,000,000 agreement? A little bit of everything above?
I say that their plans were simply reaching to far without the adequate funding to actually bring them to fruition. So far its been a million dollars of promise, but 2 cents (actually 13 1/4 cents) on delivery.
Which of the above will end up being the first catalyst to turn around till the rest can as well? I think the Viva Buds agreement has the best chance of success, along with the continued MJ crop harvest/expansion. In the meantime, the white knight $10,000,000 deal is the most critical thing we need.
