With expanded access patients , sometimes biopsy will need to be repeated , this patient is newly diagnosed , so patient should have proper biopsy , just test need to be done to evaluate CCR5...
At the end physician evaluate patient and all the results , and if all ok , then patient is treated...
So yes its take little time..
I also think that they did CTC test the day patient first came for consultation , and they will repeat the day patient will be injected with Leronlimab.
