Update on the OSTK situation:
Looks to me like a compromise was made so all parties could claim a win. Shorts have some time to buy back shares knowing they have to do just that, the regulators save being embarrassed and exposed and the OSTK shareholders have time to accumulate more shares at the present manipulated prices knowing that when they get their dividend it can be traded at once, no wait for registration. More as it becomes available.
