Thanks for your reply. A family member is that one that first told me about this and got me interested in this stock. Never heard of Cytodyn until after that, and since April I've considered myself a long investor, who's uber excited for our bright future of the company. My only hope is that all this SP stuff turns around sooner rather than later and that the stock grows organically to uplift, but at the same time we really need to uplist desperately to help procure future investments and raise that SP. As for the information of the impending Paulson raise which I do hope does not happen, with the 38c/sh and 1/2 warrant, well if it wasn't from the board here, then I believe it was 1 of my family members who mentioned it when we were talking. Some of this stuff is above me with how SP is calculated in why a share offering is at price xx/sh vs yy/sh. That was just what I heard when talking but, I'd much rather the offering be at 40c as people here have said...or higher would be nice.
