Thanks, I read both the article and your response again (read when originally posted). The article is interesting and seems similar to what I was thinking based on Dr. Patterson’s comments at the SH meeting last week.....except I believe his test is designed to work on all CCR5 indications. Mostly a compliment to the cancer diagnostic test in the article, but expanded to include more than cancer.
I doubt here is enough data for all indications, but this really is an interesting concept and where AI could vastly improve medical treatment. Build a platform to test multiple diseases and best treatments based on those results. Lots of data and scenarios where data and computers may be able to better decipher and crack the code to some hard to detect diseases or symptoms.
