Yes,(for others Ive seen ask on yahoo etc), that is from a MM selling shares for the note holder during the day, they sell short during the day, then settling their books by buying long from the note holder at a 3% or so discount ( notice no trades were at that price today).
The note holder had a second note come due with interest added on. They probably collected all that interest in shares and selling now. Remember they are limited to collecting so much a month per note, but if they don’t collect their monthly lot, they can request more than normal next month. Right now they have been selling 75k-150k per day, that is more than usual, probably from all that.
