Yep...You know why this sudden rise in home energy
Post# of 26957
Its because the people that have invested and spent their hard earned money, a lot of money, in solar to become more energy efficient and to save on their electric bills are starting to get RIPPED OFF by the power companies.
That's right....the power companies. A person that has a $0.00 bill after they install solar, will be ok.. for a while. Then they will notice that their electric bill will start to slowly rise again.
Most people think the solar panels are starting to become less efficient as time goes by. And that's what the power companies what the consumer to think.
What is happening is the power companies are only giving say 60% to 75% credit back to the consumer for the electric power that they are producing. They just don't say anything.
So now to make sure that they are receiving 100% credit for the electricity that they produce, the consumer also has to buy these batteries to store the electricity. This is to run the dwelling off of for a while in the evening and be "off of the meter" for a few hours. That insures that the power company gives you 100% credit for the power you generate.
So the states are all moving towards more energy efficiency in their building codes etc. That's good. Then on the other hand they allow the power companies to rip off the consumer in that manner. With no accountability or repercussions whatsoever.
IF THE GOVERNMENT DOESNT HAVE THEIR HAND ON YOUR WALLET THE G.D. UTILITY COMPANY IS TRYING THEIR BEST AS WELL........THEN AFTER THAT ITS THE G.D. INSURANCE COMPANIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The more I study a great figure in American history, an American icon. The more I like the way he thought. This person said he that felt all bankers and politicians should be shot. I can add to that list to bring it up to modern current......layers, insurance companies, utility companies for the short list.
I'm with Billy the Kid on that one.
