So it appears(not a lawyer). They are saying a few of the accusations should be dismissed. One that the employee is filing in Delaware when it has no jurisdiction over NP or Dr Kelly who have business in WA and Georgia. Also the defamation suit to be dismissed because of his high position in the company they had to file an 8K per regulations and did not slander his name or say anything untrue about him. He was in fact terminated for cause. So I guess there will be some back and forth on this. Basically it seems to state RP has no real evidence and failed to complete any reasonable assigned task to him.
