Well, we at least now know who the 19 investors were of the last stock offering.
I sure they don't plan to sell for less than $1.55, the price they paid for the stock. That is a good thing, I guess?
But it is not comforting to know the we are looking at an almost 50% dilution of current OS coming when the below shares hit the street. Would be ok if the share price was way higher. Now these are just an anchor keeping the pps down (given current environment.).
"As of September 16, 2019, we have 11,024,764 shares of common stock potentially issuable upon the exercise of all outstanding warrants, 3,245,162 shares of common stock potentially issuable upon the conversion of all outstanding Series A convertible preferred stock, and 2,977,974 shares of common stock issuable upon the exercise of all outstanding stock options."
