I don’t agree with his price target either......heck I think his previous $1.50 is extremely low. It is hard for any of us to estimate what catalysts will ignite this stock and by how much. My bet is there will be several over the next 2-6 months and could range from 20% increase to multiple hundreds percent each.
Without seeing the full sheet to determine the reasoning for the price target decrease, I was just guessing his reasoning for the lower price.....BLA and revenue delay a few months is probably enough to lower it. As far as I nobody is following analysts for recommendations of OTC stocks.
