I agree, this is not a reasonable pricing. I would like to know in basis of what he/she did the SP calculation.
They might be who they are but IMHO they are wrong !!
The good thing is that, if the pricing was correct, and everybody knew, we could not benefit from the "market" (wrong) pricing (market inefficiency).
Let them be wrong and keep accumulating ….some day the true valuation will impose itself.
