You mean 30 million shares that thought he owned but had no access to because it was in Tim Owens name?
The months if not years of repeated claims in shareholders letters that he would surrender his 1.4 billion shares of common without mentioning he would receive 25 million preferred shares in exchange. The first time we found out about the 25 million preferred is when it was filed. And he has yet to publicly acknowledge what he wrote in the filings.
I view his SHL and OTC financial reports as a mixture of fact and fiction. I think you can guess which is the fiction part.
