They want to avoid playing those games.
I believe they were clear, we just didn't understand the word 'process'.
Joe said the shares would be retired on the pay date and then three days later said that he had begun and expected to complete that process last week.
So if that process is now complete, the shares are ready and waiting to be retired on the pay date.
