IPIX .. response to a few queries as to my take re: Friday's EOD *trades*

=======================

you may know that imo no one does smoke and mirrors better than Non Retail

so to me watching the last 10 minutes of IPIX *trades* on Friday .. was revealing

first of all .. only 3 MMs matter where IPIX is concerned .. so it's key to watch
what CDEL/ETRF/NITE *do* on both bid and ask .. almost all of the others
*showing* imo are placeholders for whatever NR entity/entities have been
controlling aspects on IPIX (stock) for years now since NRs' hand off of the last
significant take up (EO 2014) into NRs' *efforts* of 2015

on Friday .. ETRF UC (undercut) the ask to 1265 (29200 size) @ 15:20PM
then CDEL UC that UC ask to 1264 (32000 size) @ 15:46PM .. what is interesting
about that imo is that b4 that was it was CSTI showing a size of 32000 (@ 1405) on ask (probable placeholder)

 CSTI	0.1405	32,000	14:46

so .. starting with the hidden trade done @

trade ..
 15:50:50 0.1249 4500 OTO .. hidden (B/1188 .. 2/20300 .. A/1264 .. 1/32000)

on bid ..

ETRF 0.1188 15,300 15:25
NITE 0.1188 5,000 15:35

on ask ..
 CDEL	0.1264	32,000	15:46

trade ..

15:57:37 0.1264 32000 OTO .. @ CDEL's UC ask (32000) .. relo/s ask to 1265 (ETRF's prior UC ask 29200 size)

on bid ..

ETRF 0.1188 25,300 15:53
NITE 0.1188 5,000 15:35

on ask ..
 ETRF	0.1265	29,200	15:20

trade ..

15:57:47 0.1265 29200 OTO .. @ ETRF's ask .. relo/s ask to 129c (size 9000) .. per AT Pro

at this point .. i have a note that there is a delay by OTC Mkts .. on IPIX's RT l2

if memory serves .. it wasn't long (maybe 30 seconds) but it was long enough
to not *capture* the ask side relo/ing up from 129c to 138c ..
fortunately I had earlier screenshots noting ask @ 14c (GTSM) and the 32000 swapped between CSTI & CDEL

and of course AT Pro allows for the reconstruction of every IPIX trade for the day
trade ..
 15:57:55 0.129 9000 OTO .. @ relo/d ask .. relo/s ask to 138c (size 7000) .. per AT Pro

trade ..
 15:58:03 0.138 7000 OTO .. @ relo/d ask .. relo/s ask to 14c GTSM (size 5000)

trade ..
 15:58:14 0.14 5000 OTO .. @ GTSM's relo/d ask .. relo/s ask to 15c (NITE size 86015) .. note time stamp .. HOD

trade ..
 15:58:16 0.14 1000 OTO .. @ CDEL's jumped bid (CDEL) .. 317800 adjusts to 316800 .. note time stamp .. HOD

trade ..
 15:58:26 0.14 2300 OTO .. @ CDEL's bid .. .. 317800 adjusts to 314500 .. HOD

trade ..
 15:58:37 0.14 10000 OTO .. @ CDEL's bid .. NC 314500 size .. HOD

so in the last 10 minutes of Friday's trading on IPIX (hidden @ 3:50 balance in the last 3 minutes) .. volume = 100,000 exactly

note last round of trades = 100k
100k = 4500/32k/29200/9k/7k/5k/1k/2300/10k

15:58:37 0.14 10000 OTO .. @ bid .. HOD
15:58:26 0.14 2300 OTO .. @ bid .. HOD
15:58:16 0.14 1000 OTO .. @ jumped bid (CDEL) .. note prior PPS @ ask .. HOD
15:58:14 0.14 5000 OTO .. @ relo/d ask .. relo/s ask to 15c (NITE) .. HOD
15:58:03 0.138 7000 OTO .. @ relo/d ask .. relo/s ask
15:57:55 0.129 9000 OTO .. @ relo/d ask .. relo/s ask
15:57:47 0.1265 29200 OTO .. @ relo/d ask .. relo/s ask
15:57:37 0.1264 32000 OTO .. @ ask .. relo/s ask
15:50:50 0.1249 4500 OTO .. hidden (B/1188 .. A/1264) .. 30k = 4500/22500/3k

i refer to these efforts as *surgical* .. as in imo it's rarely if ever retail .. usually it's a NR entity working with a MM

the why it got done is open to interpretation

what i'd be watching for is what gets done (not necessarily at mkt open) on Monday .. you literally have to look at the day's tape of trades in its entirety ..
and as odd as this sounds .. some days the day b4 .. or the day of trades following

it's possible an entity is looking to move up *volume* on IPIX and will start to reset (wash) higher rounds than are currently in play

it's possible an entity knows what is en route out of IPI over the coming
week/s/month/s and is trying to negate the impact of that as was so ably done
by NR in early May (the tells there are *volume* days and DRS %s
marked/or not and the controlled PPS take up) .. that last round was notable
for overlapping volume of 2.3M~ .. 2.5M~ .. 2.6M~ and IPIX's record setting
4.4M~ volume day .. when 8K finally filed on 5.16.19

it may also be nothing .. but as noted previously .. time frame between 8K filed
on 5.16.19 and the next 8K filed by IPI on 7.22.19 .. was just over 8 weeks

8-K Current report, items 1.01, 7.01, and 9.01 2019-07-22
8-K Current report, items 7.01 and 9.01 2019-05-16

8 weeks from 7.22.19 is 9.16.19 .. a few days over that brings us to *vote tally*

personally I expect a material event (and not including the 10K or *vote tally*) out of IPI over the coming weeks
it may be this coming week .. the following week b4 EOQ .. or early into October

imo an aware OTC mgmt that has been the target of relentless and brutal PPS compression ( for years ) learns from NRs' *efforts*

and as I've also noted numerous times .. NR made a colossal mistake by injecting
bogus volume into IPIX starting on 9.12.18 last year in relation
to IPI's actual dilution .. it was off the charts and never passed the smell test in
spite of embeds' efforts to the CONtrary

I have no doubts that NR *assumed* that that *effort* would get actual IPI investors to *sell* significantly .. imo it didn't .. not saying there were no sells
there clearly were .. but imo it caused NRs' smaller sized abusive hole to literally double in size

not exactly the outcome NR was seeking via that 9.12.18 *decision*

realize too .. NR is used to controlling outcomes on targets .. regardless of where traded these days

by rote .. during the last Q of the year .. NR floods SMBs .. with *posts* extolling EOY tax loss selling

my money is on IPI's mgmt

i viewed the AS deal as IPI's foundation .. suspect the next deal 8K'd by IPI builds onto that foundation (first floor)

i'm fortunate in that my time frame is flexible and for most of the last decade
i've recognized the risk any U.S. *equity* .. regardless of where traded .. *is*

but for my money .. NR is between a rock and a hard place on IPIX (stock) ..
which along with IPI's diverse platform and aware mgmt .. makes it easy to remain invested in Innovation Pharma
