Let's focus on the business instead and all convertible notes are peanut money. Again, the core of the problem is investor mistrust hugely exaggerated due to very high expectations. This is a penny stock market. Companies like MJNA is diluting anywhere from $600K to 1.6 mil dollars every month for a very long time now. I don't see 30 bashers on their board pounding it day in day out giving hands to each other. When Joe takes a break Jane comes in and takes over. They want to save the world using their idiotic trash.
I see no surprises. Based on where we are right now, the company is in excellent shape for their next step. They have improved products now and that may have eaten a little from the gross margin but that will go back to normal.
Looking forward for the future. There is nothing to lose anymore from where we are right now based on 0.0003, caused by a sale of $60, 19 seconds before closing.
