So Joe said they are looking at spinning out AE in 1-2 months reversing into a shell company.
Also that there are 60M shares out right now with 34M of them still held in the company to raise money. Said that they are about 15% through acquisitions and won’t tap the equity market until all acquisitions are done. Then he expects to have 70-75M shares out. Said they will need about $50M to close all the acquisitions. Didn’t say whether the $50M would be generated by the 34M shares held, or by the add’l 15M shares from 60M-75M, or would look to raise $50M above those numbers. Regardless the revenue numbers and complete turnkey, vertical plan of MSO, hospitals, equipment, labs, etc is looking really good.
Adding up the revenue numbers we are looking at maybe $3-4B, so with a 2.5x ratio on that, we may garner a market cap of $7.5-$10B. With 75M shares out, that would be $100-$133/share. That would be very nice.
