If the adjustment for the retired shares happens now, then doesn't the 1:1 dividend really become a non-event like a forward split? The 20:1 dividend was a non-event in that the exchanges treated it like a split. The exciting part was the months leading up to the split when the price went from 1.60 to 18. I think by far the more exciting thing coming up is the Nasdaq uplisting and the NGIO IPO.
