Yeah, that is how I first noticed it the hidden mm or whatever. Level 2 quotes was showing 40c as the lowest ask price, but the trades were showing up 39.8c and looking at the tape, the ask is 39.8 not the 40c showing on l2 , as if there is a hidden MM on the ask at 39.8 not showing on l2.
