WHOIS shows it expired in June, and as-of 9/9 the domain name is 'pendingDelete', which according to your link means
"If you want to keep your domain name, you must immediately contact your registrar to discuss what options are available"
Maybe explains why ICANN shows nothing for that domain.
I've just read godaddy & ICANN & whois site info and that's my understanding. But maybe I'm wrong and you can correct me.
