Question: What is the little "i" left of the pric

Question: What is the little "i" left of the price (.012) stand for on sale of 3 shares? I see that symbol on tiny amounts of shares sold. Is that internal transaction by market maker. Can't imagine anyone buying 3.6 cents of stock.
