The upcoming 10k will be for the year ending 6/30/19. The 10k will most likely only cover financial information including cash flow and Outstanding Share count as of 6/30/19 and not an up to the minute financial status. The Alfasigma partnership was inked 7/18/19 after this period. IPIX has stated that they are in the process of multiple partnering discussions so I would expect that Leo is not going to weaken his negotiating position by broadcasting confidential financial details beyond what has already been PRed. I personally do not expect more details on this until the next 8k in November. Monday’s PR discussing the upcoming B-IBD pill trial was outstanding news and IMO would not have been communicated if funding for the trial had not already been identified. This PR continues to solidify my belief that Leo is wisely managing IPIX funds while continuing to advance the science. This is also an example that additional new partnership and trial advancement news can come out at any time.
