Case Status: Dismissed
This was the small claims court case against MYDX claiming the following:
CLAIM against MYDX for NON-DELIVERY of BACK-ORDERED PRODUCT...
So looks to me that MYDX was found INNOCENT by the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego. IMO, just another ATTEMPT to slander MYDX and it DID NOT WORK.
