ER, I've been seeing the same thing for over 3 weeks and the last few days, not today so much, it was CDEL but just in the last 15 minutes, CDEL is on top again just under the ask bid as usual. Got's to be conversions for as Trding has said, CDEL is normally retail traders but maybe not lately -
