it would help if an entity on Full Tilt understood basics

there are 450 shareholders of record
1 of the 450 is the DTC
the DTC holds X shares of PTOI
which cover every *share* held by brokerage firm .. bank .. insurance co who trade

this is why if entity on Full Tilt had the access previously claimed
entity could *easily* ascertain that P2O's founder noted 1000s when asked re: investors
at the same time .. entity on Full Tilt could also confirm that P2O's founder retains 3M~ PTOI shares (odds are held in cert form and one of the 449 remaining)
confirmed directly in the summer of 2016

how ironic that when one takes 125M~ (I/O rounded up)
and divides by 450 Shareholders

Quote:

As of September 10, 2019, there were 124,756,158 shares of the Registrant’s common stock, $0.001 par value, outstanding.

that translates to an avg of *each* of the 450 shareholders having 277,777 *shares*

of course the DTC *holds* the largest amount of PTOI shares .. fascinating
that that number isn't revealed via that for profit site .. OTC Markets .. .. nah not really

there are at least 15 core investors (not originals) who have *invested* via bid support since 2013 (when P2O was wrested back from aromatics)

who collectively hold about 20M~ 25M~ PTOI *shares*

that is an avg of 1.5M~ on 22.5M~ *shares*

hmmmm

it is what it is .. if or when P2O gives new eyes a reason to invest
NR won't be able to hold that *bogus* effort @ 3c

it gets even more interesting for NR as of Feb 2020

there is a reason P2O continues to file .. and what galls *entities* is that there are no leaks for *entity* to trade off of
