You are correct, NP didn't say license agreement. aidenb just posted that or a very similar opinion.....this very well could be and makes sense to me.
This deal could potentially all be tied to the 'very deep talks' about merger/partnership, as why would a company agree to 'significant milestone payments' for a one-time deal....they would have to educate and train their sales team/reps about leronlimab and IMO makes sense for any agreement to be longer term and not a one-time deal. I have had a difficult time trying to figure out what or why they would agree to first $250M sales without a longer term agreement/relationship.....guess I'll have to wait another 23 hours to get some clarity!
