One of the other long shareholders has received a response under the FOI Act to his query regarding the Omega protests.
So far he has posted that Omega complained that $TMPS was not a "small business" as it had annual revenue over $32.5M.
In response I posted this:
"As I opined when it was announced that the USN "intends" to cancel the still extant $TMPS contract and take "corrective action" - that action might well be to remove any / all wording in contracts that might trigger future further objections from Omega.
The new 2020 MAC being considered - for which the Industry Day is tomorrow to consider inputs - has been deliberately opened up to businesses of any size.
I have also repeatedly pointed out that $TMPS already has several multi-year, multi-$M contracts for special mission aircraft provision and operation and is therefore currently worth a lot more than the current pps works out at."
