ADHC website update! super 8K merger to drop very soon
Shortly ADHC will release a comprehensive 8k equal to a mini Super 8k
In regards to certain stock overhang such as issuance to Pat Rost and American Consultants as per filings made on OTC MARKETS in July 2019 and the annual year-end amendments currently, we are finalizing the return of 48 million shares back to the treasury from ex-management and consultant Pat Rost etal . The documents have been executed by both sides. Interim management is awaiting receipt of shares from Pat Rost and American Consultants
Other events include preparation for the previously announced 3-way merger. The Spain roofing supplement company is a subsidiary of a Canada Real Estate Holdings management company with several million dollars of real estate under administration both residential recreational and commercial properties. The merger will most likely include the Canada Real Estate Holding Company. Between September 27 to October 10th interim management will be in Spain with the Canada Real Estate holdings co handing the control over to new management.
The interim management expects the closing to happen anytime from the end of September to mid-October without further notice.
The full names of the Canada real estate group will be released in 8k and subsequent SEC and OTC filings including interim management resignations and all new offivcers and directors of ADHC will be appointed
ADHC talks with iPuff continue, and have not been ruled out to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADHC.
