IMO a merger based on current share price would be bad. Goes back to the discussion that a potential BP can't justify to their shareholders giving CYDY value based on all the indications and CYDY can't accept a deal based on pennies on the dollar valuation. We need significant share price appreciation before any merger is complete or the current shareholders are only getting a small portion of leronlimabs value IMO.
