As we all know Doc is on the BOD at the University of MD Biopark. Doc has worked closely with Paragon. They were bought out by Catalent for $1.2 Billion several months back. Catalent is a leading FDA approved pharmaceutical manufacturer. In the first screenshot we see Doc with Jay Perman head of U of MD. Doc mentions Paragon and the buyout. The following screenshot shows us the Catalent website and it seems a perfect fit especially since they manufacture their delivery systems in the US and EU. Seems to be a perfect fit.
