Sad to say but Dody is correct. Bashers DO indeed manipulate the price.
On a more positive note...
I had a quick email exchange with one of the Cogosense guys and he confirmed that ON4 and Cogo are still working together. I asked about getting bSafeMobile available for sale at retail on the web, and he noted that it's a future goal but that they did not want 'undercut' their current business model or sales channel as he put it.
We've all discussed how expensive SB was selling the product for to dealerships in comparison to the retail price it was sold for on FB. Now we have a bit of an explanation as to why we can't find it for sale at retail. Because they make more money selling wholesale to dealer groups. By not putting the product out there in the wild, it protects the integrity of their wholesale price.
I found that to be very interesting...
I asked a few more questions but he said he could not comment as it pertained to On4's business.
