Yeah, looking forward to hearing the details of this non-binding agreement Thursday. If they get the financing finally settled with non-dilute cash, this thing is taking out. The non-binding agreement at least lets us see where we are. Maybe some withholding our votes until Wednesday help pressure this. But I may got vote now
