CSE: $HBOR has recently become very serious about creating shareholder value for its loyal investor base. They recently retained Mattio Communications of New York. Mattio will be helping increase investor awareness through a customized, strategic investor relations program. Mattio was ranked the number 1 IR/PR firm in the Cannabis industry in 2019 by The Green Report. They should be able to bring a large pool of new investors to HBOR and a much larger international investor audience which should help move the price up dramatically from recent lows.
