Theoretically, retiring 20M shares of 63M outstand

Theoretically, retiring 20M shares of 63M outstanding right now, the exchanges should make a positive adjustment to the share price that day (which the PR said would be this week). So if we have a stock price of $2.50 on that day, theoretically we should be adjusted to $3.66/share, which is a 46.5% increase overnight. Again, theoretically this is how it should work.
