Thanks busybee. Still that would mean that some of the $20M+ shares would need to be reissued for the purchase. So do we know how much GNBT is paying for the 51%? I would assume that the shares would be issued at the $2.50/share price, like other purchases and would not be entitled to the 1:1 dividend.
