I strongly agree with your projection. With all of the evidence, including the connection with the CRC lead investigator and BP, prior PRs where NP stated BP wants CRC partnership, the timing of this morning's PR with relation to the webcasted shareholders meeting announcement last week, and NP's email response expressing the likelihood of being very pleased with coming announcement(s).
I for one am very excited. While the above appears to be the most likely scenario in my opinion, we still have 2 other Phase 2 programs, a "near commercial" program in Combo, pending Phase 3 Mono, and a prostate diagnostic test. All in all, I would say things are on the up and up (minus the stock price). Who knows these 39's and 40's could be a thing of legend in the coming weeks. I for one have added to my position at these prices. Still <900 share holder of this company, seems the majority are in a holding pattern.
Given that we haven't heard anything about the diagnostic test meeting with the FDA about 2 weeks agos, I'm guessing that a partnership with Nanotring won't be the "big announcement" on Thursday, but wouldn't completely count it out, as others have pointed out Nanostring's need to increase revenue.
