reminder .. the easiest aspect NR *controls* on the OTC is the targets' PPS once the hand off is underway (last cycle Up is EOY 2014 .. hand off underway in 2015)
SMBs get seeded with embeds pre/post cycles of money .. *Pro embeds switch when NR is upside down and align with Con embeds* .. this almost always results in avg retail investors being the minority (posts) on the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation with an OTC *survivor* .. NR isn't used to OTC targets' outlasting their *efforts* .. NR usually knows the timing that *sells* kick in due to the forms' filed with that spectacular *equity investor* protector (SEC) and yep that is sarcasm
classic FUD is done to *exhaust and demoralize* actual retail investors .. and make
no mistake about it .. IPI has investors and has held those investors regardless of NRs' efforts over the past several years
if NR had *succeeded* .. IPIX would be doing *daily* volume avgs between 5M and 7.5M~
NR doesn't because they CANT

odds are AB will be filing a new form 4 over the coming days/weeks
with another round of 1,066,667 of restricted shares and (presumably) ESOP shares (also restricted) of 617,839 .. curious to see that strike price
AB (like JH) rounds of options are totally underwater due to NRs' relentless PPS compression of IPIX (CTIX) since NRs' hand off of late 2014 into 2015
NR never covers one second b4 being forced to do so due to mgmt's ability to execute
the deal with AS this summer *imo* laid a foundation for IPI .. beyond curious to see what comes to pass pre/post *vote tally* this month .. as noted previously .. i'm expecting volatility because NR has few *options* (no pun intended) beyond their obvious patterns already utilized in 2019
