Something to think about over the weekend !!
I visit a company with published revenue of $80 million and was just sold for $340 million i.e. a valuation of 4 times Gross Revenue !!!
We feel that HRI, PPSI, Wellness Rx and Teledoc have Gross Revenue conservatively of $600 million (HRI at 204 million is publsihed)
Based on the above mentioned 4 times formula - that means the book value of these 4 companies that Dr Dalton owns is worth 2,4 Billion
We understand that the total shares = 1,2 billion and I agree with Mikey that the float is around 400 million although it is possible the maximum is closer to 500 million but no higher and probably closer to 400 million.
This is without any of the other project and deals that Dr Dalton is working on and without EuroMed.
Do the math to get an extremely conservative price per share based on book value.
Then there is trading value which has nothing to do with book value and is all based on volume, expectation, buying pressure, optimism, day traders, momentum traders, the Cannabis Industry, the Hemp Industry, Cannabis medications etc etc you can add anything I have not typed !!!
