$LAHO - Yesterdays SEC action with LAHO was a blin

After I picked myself up off the floor, I started watching the reactions from the shareholders on the other board. I watched and read every post for 17 hours. I'm on the west coast so that's from 7 a.m. till midnight. I wanted to compile the evidence and consult my pillow last night before making a post.
Here are few things this I noticed.
First is the posts from all the doomsayers that were there all day to try and help us salvage what we could monetarily. All of their posts had a common thread in that LAHO is destined for the grey market and its written in stone and there is nothing anyone can do about it. And that the only thing shareholders can do to try and come out of this with a little money is to sell on the cheap right when LAHO starts trading again. (the sky is falling etc.)
And how would one go about doing that? One would have to set their sell orders now for a low price and try and sell it as soon as LAHO starts trading again. Ask yourself who would gain from that? People wanting cheap shares. And how would that play out? From the link above stating how this works with the SEC, we wont know if LAHO will be on the greys or if it will start trading where it left off until the moment we start trading again. And what would happen if there is a bunch of sell orders pre-set ready to sell on the cheap at the opening bell the moment LAHO starts trading again? Drop in pps price by the mass exodus. Who would benefit from that if LAHO starts trading 10 days from now right where we left off yesterday? hmmmmm.
And like clockwork all the bashers voices, posts and guns all fell silent almost in unison. Just like they do on a down day for LAHO hoping to scare some into selling. I mean eerily similar. Remember the mm's pay bashers to bash a stock that they are trying to hold back.
And then this post came along:

This smacks of desperation by an mm. All the paid bashers were there all day yesterday all saying the same thing. hmmmm
There has been instances of mm's literally going broke, I mean out of business broke, due to a short squeeze. And LAHO was right on the cusp of a short squeeze that I believe would have taken it to beyond $.01 before retracing. That would have put the hurt to probably more than one mm. Maybe an mm called in a favor from the SEC to save their rear end.
Second is I spoke with Sean at the auditors office yesterday. He told me that the audit was proceeding as planned regardless of yesterdays SEC action. If this were a scam, why would the company spend the money to finish the audit? It would serve no purpose.
Call them if you like.

Third is look at the company and in particular the CEO:

To me, the numbers don't add up to a scam.
The paid bashers are telling me that the company is going to take the shareholders for a few bucks and throw away the funding they need, via going public, to further their work?
To me, the numbers don't add up to a scam.
The paid bashers are telling me that the company is going to take the shareholders for a few bucks and throw away the future earnings from the shares they own and risk lawsuits up the wazzoo and damage their reputation with the medical community for a few measly bucks by scamming the shareholders?
To me, the numbers don't add up to a scam.
The companies both do their DD well in advance before entering into a binding LOI to have this be more than just a bump in the road. I'll have to see proof of a scam, other than the paid bashers touting it, for me to believe otherwise.
To me, the numbers don't add up to a scam.
Too many paid bashers on the other board yesterday trying to save me from myself by instructing me to get my sell orders in right now for a bargain basement price all in unison for me to believe them. Especially when we wont know how this ends up, grey market or trading as usual, until the very moment LAHO starts trading again.
To me, the numbers don't add up to a scam.
All IMO of course.
P.S. I'm holding my sell orders right where they are at now. I'll hold my cards and wait for the opening bell when LAHO starts trading again before I make any changes. All the paid bashers yesterday were just a little too coincidental for me.
As I am fond of saying "I have heard of a coincidence, I just haven't seen one yet."
