Plavac - I understand that Dr Cristofanilli study with treatment naive patients will go according to escalating dose , by FDA , if this will not change...
But emergency patients , as our first patient , we know will be treated according to our physician order...( email from Marek to Lorbas )
I cant see treatment to any women who is no longer responding to other medicine to put on lower dose than 700...
