Completing the BLA is the first and basic thing we need to do to be able to move on, finances and partnerships depend on it, which is why everything around HIV waits and stands, during which time NP initiates Phase II for other indications.
The BLA is obviously not just up to us, but it's a lot on the FDA as well, which is why we are in this situation, NP is selling the shares a little bit until we solve the BLA. We don't know why it lasts so much with the BLA but I don't expect any solution to the finances without the BLA because the conditions would be worse and that's the whole point.
When I listen to NP I read it that way BLA - Finance - Partnership.
In the month of May, NP spoke late July or late September, and maybe early October, until recently he spoke until late September, and I believe they were pretty sure that would be the case, now is the new deadline by the end of the year, obviously the FDA is still something looking for, but our finances are limited and any delay costs us a lot.
