Why the score is zero. ONCI now is way much better than 2 years ago. In the eyes of a new investors this looks like a great investment.
a. Significant amount of debt is paid
b. Products have been improved tremendously
c. The distracted driving epidemic is on the rise with more laws and concerns about
d. Insurance companies are concerned and start looking seriously at this problem
e. Gift card exchange is ready to launch
f. Sifthouse is next in line
g. Zero dilution for the next 7 months
