First of all they need a recovery permit to bring ANYTHING on deck, which is EXTREMELY unlikely. The buckle wasn’t even supposed to be brought up, remember?

Secondly, I know there are stages to something as sophisticated as non ferrous metal detection. I’m not buying the name and claim it, blab and grab it doctrine that is being preached.

I have said it would take years. Maybe they’ll get a grant, but it doesn’t mean it will EVER come to fruition. And stock price is not always proof something is legit, especially in the OTC.
